Shipping Policy

Made for you, by hand. Every piece is hand-printed after you order. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be printed and shipped. During busy seasons I’ll note any longer wait on the shop page.

Free shipping. Shipping is free on every order. Orders ship within the United States by USPS Ground Advantage, which usually takes 2–5 business days after shipment.

Tracking. You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Where I ship. At this time I ship only within the United States.

Address errors. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email me right away and I’ll do my best to fix it before your order ships. Packages returned because of an incorrect address can be reshipped, but the customer covers the cost of reshipping.

Lost packages. If your tracking hasn’t updated in 10 days, or it shows delivered but you can’t find your package, email me at hello@plumthistlepine.com and I’ll help make it right.
