Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is printed by hand especially for you, I’m not able to accept returns for refunds. But I want you to love what you receive, so here’s how I can help.

Size exchanges. If your item doesn’t fit, I’m happy to exchange it for a different size.

• Email me within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn and unwashed, with no signs of use.
• You cover the cost of shipping the item back to me.
• Once it arrives, I’ll print and ship your new size at no extra charge.
• Exchanges are for size only, not for a different design or color.

Misprints or damage. If your item arrives damaged or with a printing error, email me within 14 days of delivery with a photo. I’ll replace it or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You won’t need to send it back.

About hand-printing. Each print is pulled by hand from a carved block, so small variations in ink texture, placement, and depth are part of the character of the piece. They aren’t considered defects.

Caring for your print. To keep your print beautiful for years:

• Wash cold, inside out.
• Hang to dry.
• Avoid ironing directly on the design.
